Genre: Short Film, Comedy

Run Time: 6 Minutes

No Place for Reason…

On the eve of a potential nuclear war, Johnny Sasaki finds himself trapped on the catalyst to accomplish his greatest mission… to organize the annual company picnic. Actually that’s about as much sense as the film is going to make.

This is my monologue project and also my final 1st year project at Humber College’s Film/Television program. This is the extended edition of the film which originally was exactly 5 minutes. It includes a few extra bits that were cut out for time. Originally I had expected to shoot this all within the school, so the plot was relatively minimal, however, once I decided to try to green screen the film, it opened up a wide range of options. None of which I was able to use. This film is more of an experiment of what is to come.
